The bright, blue sky was the first thing to jump out at me. My eyes then went to the buildings at the side. But it is the sky that catches my attention the most. It gives a sense or feeling of flying. As if I were somehow floating in the sky or want to be pulled into the sky. The sharp contrast of both color and light help place emphasis on the sky. It sort of creates a feeling of longing... to just reach into the sky.
When I look at this picture I first see the bright blue and bright white. But after I look at the buildings and the perspective the picture is taken from. the way the picture is taken makes it feel like a much smaller space than it is. The buildings reminds me how much I appreciate architecture and the crisp lines on everything. When I look away I remember the way the buildings make the photo feel closed in.
